Summary: I stayed here for an overnight trip, the staff are good very kind and always try to help, the rooms are clean but the rooftop terrace needs attention it’s dirty hasn’t been cleaned in a while just seems like a bit of a forgotten about place, reception there is fingermarks over the glass and paintwork which just brings the appearance down and first impressions, I had one big issue which was the air con did not work in my room and in peak summer that isn’t ideal so the room was beyond boiling, I did report it but nothing was done about it. The breakfast is a small continental but still very good especially for the price it is so that is good about this place. Other than that everything else was fine I just think it needs some investment, I’m 50/50 if I’d ever go back

Summary: Nice hotel in a quiet location. Walking distance to the old town, castle walls, restaurants and marina. Staff were very helpful as well

Summary: Check on was from 3pm. We arrived at 3.15 and were told the room wouldn't be ready for about thirty minutes. That was disappointing as we had got up at 3.00am. We were invited to wait in the reception but not offered any complementary refreshments.
